Overview

Qure Skincare is a fast-growing skincare brand selling across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and an expanding wholesale network that includes some of the largest retail names in Europe. As a beauty and wellness brand scaling internationally, with warehouses in the US, UK, and China, growing SKU counts, and rising order volumes, the operational complexity was outpacing the spreadsheets and disconnected tools they'd relied on since launch.

This case study highlights why Qure chose Fulfil as their ERP over NetSuite and SAP when they were outgrowing spreadsheets, and how Fulfil supported their 200% year-over-year growth from 2024 to 2025.

I'm involved in all of the movements of any products ever created in Qure. We sell across multiple sales channels. We started out of course with Shopify. We moved on to Amazon and TikTok Shop. We also have different stock locations. We currently have US, UK, and some locations in China as well. We have also been growing in terms of wholesale. We are in talks with some of the big retailer names right now in Europe. So it's constant and it is very fast. We had growth of nearly 200% compared to 2024, and we're aiming to keep the same momentum. We had some problems with procurement. It never connected in one place. It's just a lot of spreadsheets. Basically all of the planning, all of the procurement, all of the import tracking lives in spreadsheets and it just worked for one or two SKUs, but when it started to grow bigger, we just can't keep up with the manual updates and we just don't see everything in one place. Fulfil is just like one place where it connects all of the dots. Before, we were using Google Sheets to create purchase orders, to track shipments, and it's just opening up one after another with different numbers. Right now we're just having everything in one place and it connects to each other. It just links everything together. And that visibility that Fulfil provides is very valuable to me because I definitely save a lot of time. Before, I was browsing through different folders, different sheets, and stitching them together. That takes half a day of work. Now I'm just clicking and going next, next, to the next options available. The big unblock is definitely when we connected directly with Amazon. So Amazon no longer goes through Shopify. It goes directly into Fulfil and we have a separation. We have very clear sales channels. Because as we all know, different sales channels, different locations, we have different targets, we have different audiences, and with that in Fulfil everything is in one place. We will be able to identify these patterns and then our business will be able to decide what kind of marketing, when is the right time, and what product is actually more relevant to what channel. Especially when it comes to TikTok, there was a point when TikTok Shop was connected to Shopify. We had so much problems with the order syncing, product syncing. It's almost like every day we have a bunch of orders that could not import. That meant manual work, meant hours and effort put into fixing instead of actually being proactive. So once we connected to Fulfil, everything is mapped into just one single source of truth. We never have to really manage listings everywhere. It just flows into Fulfil and then we send it to the 3PL as we need to, and that's reduced time, that's reduced effort, and that's really important for us to keep on time with our SLAs with these sales channels. Because of the SLAs being really good, we are able to grow and we are able to extend. We also are able now to give the flexibility of splitting shipments, customer shipments, and that is something that is not possible with only Shopify alone. I know that they had some sort of order routing setup, but it's just not what Fulfil is able to do. So yeah, the flexibility of order splitting with availability is one of the big things that I can say Fulfil is very unique and very good at. I really appreciate when we have a very structured onboarding schedule. We have a schedule. What do we need to focus on this week? What are we done with? What else we need to do? I really like that. It has been and it still is a great learning curve for Qure as a whole and for me personally because I understand Fulfil so much. It's just great to see the ability of the implementation team, how well they educate the client. I would say for any new clients or anyone who wants to onboard with Fulfil, it really works. It's a very solid system.

The Challenge: Spreadsheets Can't Scale

Procurement and Planning Lived in Google Sheets

Before Fulfil, every purchase order, shipment tracker, and demand plan lived in Google Sheets. Katie Pham, Qure's Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, described the reality: "All of the planning, procurement and import tracking lived in spreadsheets. It worked for one or two SKUs, but as we started growing, we couldn't keep up with the manual updates and couldn't see everything in one place."

The team was spending half a day stitching together data from different folders and files just to get a clear picture of operations.

Disconnected Sales Channels Created Daily Firefighting

As Qure expanded beyond Shopify to Amazon and TikTok Shop, channel management became a constant source of problems. TikTok Shop orders routed through Shopify had persistent syncing failures, orders wouldn't import, products wouldn't sync, and the team spent roughly half an hour every day fixing issues manually.

"Every day, we had a bunch of TikTok orders that could not import. This meant manual work put into fixing these instead of being proactive elsewhere in the business."

— Katie Pham, Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

This wasn't just inefficient. Late order processing put their SLA compliance at risk across channels, threatening their ability to grow on those platforms.

Traditional ERPs Were Too Rigid

Matt Orlić, CEO & Co-Founder of Qure, evaluated NetSuite, SAP, and other traditional ERP systems but found them too heavy on custom development work and too rigid for a business growing at Qure's pace. Qure needed a system that could bend with the business, not one that forced the business to slow down and conform.

The Solution: One System for Everything

Direct Channel Integrations Eliminated Manual Work

The biggest operational unlock came from connecting Amazon and TikTok Shop directly to Fulfil rather than routing everything through Shopify.

Amazon orders now flow directly into Fulfil with clear channel separation. TikTok Shop, which had been a daily source of sync failures, became a clean, automated pipeline. Orders map into a single source of truth, route to the appropriate warehouse, and ship without manual intervention.

The result: Qure recovered roughly half an hour daily of manual work on TikTok orders alone, maintained consistent SLA performance, and had the operational foundation to grow TikTok into a full sales channel with a dedicated team.

Flexible Bundling Keeps Revenue Flowing During Stockouts

One of Fulfil's most impactful capabilities for Qure is the ability to rapidly reconfigure bundles based on available inventory. Matt Orlić explained: "We couldn't mix bundles before Fulfil. Whenever we were out of stock, we'd go out of stock. Fulfil lets us create new bundles on the back-end and route orders to another warehouse so we can stay in stock."

The team changes their bill of materials up to three times a day depending on available stock, a level of flexibility that wouldn't be possible with spreadsheets or most traditional ERPs.

Order Splitting Across International Warehouses

With stock spread across the US, UK, and China, Qure needed the ability to intelligently split and route customer shipments based on availability.

Katie noted: "We're able to give the flexibility of splitting customer shipments. This flexibility of order splitting with availability is one of the big things that Fulfil is very unique with and good at."

Combined with automation rules for carrier selection and warehouse routing, this capability lets Qure fulfill orders from the optimal location without manual intervention.

Claude AI Integration via Fulfil's MCP Server

Fulfil's MCP Server enables eCommerce merchants to interact with their ERP data in Claude or ChatGPT, from building dashboards or custom micro apps, to editing ERP records directly from your preferred AI assistant.

Structured ERP Implementation and 3PL Transition

Qure's implementation had an extra layer of complexity: they onboarded to Fulfil at the same time they moved to a new warehouse. Unlike legacy ERPs that outsource implementations to third-party consultants, Fulfil's in-house implementation team worked directly with the Qure team to support them through the busy transition period, not only helping them onboard Fulfil, but also teaching the Qure team transferable skills. Katie reflected: "I really liked the structured ERP implementation approach. We had clarity on what to focus on each week, which tasks were done and what we had to do next. It was a great learning experience for me personally, not just to understand the Fulfil system but also to learn from the implementation team. The information I learned about the technical mappings for carrier and 3PL integrations has given me a lot of helpful knowledge that has since helped with future 3PL integration setups."
