Fidelity Fulfillment × Fulfil

3PL provider

Fidelity Fulfillment

Connect Fidelity Fulfillment, powered by the Unify WMS platform, to automate outbound orders, ASNs, and customer returns.

Overview

Fidelity Fulfillment is a third-party logistics provider that runs outbound fulfillment, receiving, and returns on the Unify WMS platform. Fulfil connects natively through the Unify WMS integration: customer and internal shipments are sent to Fidelity as orders, supplier shipments are sent as advance ship notices (ASNs), and customer returns are sent as return orders. Fidelity reports back tracking numbers, receipt confirmations, and lot numbers so Fulfil can close out shipments automatically.

Features in Fulfil

Automatic Tracking

Fidelity returns a tracking number on each shipping advice. Fulfil imports it, marks the shipment Done, and pushes tracking back to Shopify, Amazon, and other connected channels to trigger customer notifications.

Lot Tracking on Receipts and Returns

Inbound receipts and completed returns include lot numbers, batch IDs, and expiry dates, recorded against received inventory. Enable lot tracking on your product variants before sending products to Fidelity.

Customer Returns

Send customer returns to Fidelity as return orders, tagged with your configured default return reason. Once Fidelity marks the return completed, Fulfil imports the received items and marks the return shipment Done.

International-Ready Product Sync

Push products from Products > Products > Actions > Send to 3PL. Fulfil sends SKU, name, description, image, weight, HS code, and country of origin, so international shipments carry the customs data they need. Re-sending an existing SKU updates the record rather than creating a duplicate.

Carrier Handling

Fidelity returns a courier code with each shipping advice, recorded directly as the carrier on the shipment. For carriers to map cleanly, set the carrier service on the shipment before sending, and align the courier codes in your account with Fulfil's carrier identifiers (for example, ups, fedex, usps, dhl_express).

Warehouse Transfers

Send inventory between your warehouses and Fidelity facilities the same way as customer shipments and supplier ASNs, with automated tracking and receipt confirmations.
