Fulfil's native Deposco integration enables merchants to connect directly with any 3PL using Deposco for their operations, eliminating the need for custom integrations. Simply configure your 3PL's tenant in Fulfil and start fulfilling orders.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Obtain Deposco Credentials

Contact your 3PL Customer Success Manager to obtain:
- Username
- Password
- Tenant Code (typically your 3PL's name)
- Business Unit Code
- Facility/Warehouse Code

Step 2: Create Deposco Warehouse in Fulfil

  1. Navigate to Inventory & Stock > Locations
  2. Click Setup New Location
  3. Select Warehouse and configure:
  4. Type: 3PL
  5. 3PL Source: Deposco
  6. Structure: As required for your operations
  7. Click Create

Step 3: Connect to Deposco

  1. Open your Deposco warehouse in Fulfil
  2. Click the three-dot action menu and select Connect to 3PL
  3. Enter your Deposco credentials:
  4. Username: Your Deposco API username
  5. Password: Deposco API password
  6. Tenant Code: Your 3PL's name/identifier
  7. Business Unit Code: Your 3PL-assigned business identifier
  8. Facility/Warehouse Code: The 3PL fulfillment center code for this warehouse
  9. Click Connect
  10. Fulfil automatically creates a "Deposco (3PL)" carrier with relevant carrier services

Step 4: Update Channel Carrier Mappings

With the new "Deposco (3PL)" carrier created:
1. Update your channel carrier mappings to include Deposco services
2. Configure automation rules to set carrier and service based on:
- Package weight
- Destination
- SKU
- Other business logic

Step 5: Enable 3PL Schedules

Configure automated synchronization between Fulfil and Deposco:

  1. Scroll to 3PL Schedules section in warehouse settings
  2. Click + to add schedules for each action:

For Fulfillment:
- Send customer shipments: Sends assigned shipments to Deposco (recommended: 15 minutes)
- Get customer shipment advices: Retrieves tracking numbers and marks shipments as done

For Receiving:
- Send supplier shipments: Exports draft supplier shipments to Deposco
- Get inventory receipts: Marks supplier shipments as received

  1. Select an interval for each schedule or enter custom timing
  2. Click Save

Inventory adjustments made at Deposco facilities automatically reflect in Fulfil, maintaining accurate stock levels across all channels.
