Features in Fulfil

Customer Returns with ReturnTrak

Fulfil sends a return authorization for each return shipment to DCL's RMA system (ReturnTrak), then imports the result once DCL inspects the items. DCL assigns each item a disposition, Return to Stock, Scrap, Return to Vendor, or Await Decision, and Fulfil restocks only the resellable items. Returns stay pending until DCL finalizes any "Await Decision" items.

Cycle Count Reconciliation

DCL doesn't send a full inventory snapshot or incremental adjustments. Instead, the Get cycle counts scheduler imports DCL's counted on-hand quantities, including lot detail, to reconcile inventory in Fulfil.

Lot Tracking

Shipping advices and receipt confirmations include lot and batch numbers for lot-tracked products, giving you full traceability from receiving through fulfillment.

Carrier Mapping and Third-Party Billing

The integration maps the carrier and service on the shipment to a DCL shipping carrier code (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Canada Post, Amazon, and more). By default DCL bills its own prepaid carrier accounts; if the shipment has a Carrier Billing Account configured, Fulfil sends that account so DCL bills the third party directly.

Multi-Package and Palletized Shipments

DCL determines how to pack each shipment. Fulfil imports the resulting cartons and pallets from the shipping advice, including weight, dimensions, and tracking per package.

Warehouse Transfers

Send inventory between your warehouses and DCL facilities the same way as customer shipments, with automated tracking and receipt confirmations.
