Setup Instructions
Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:
- Username: Your Acción API username for basic authentication
- Password: Your Acción API password
- Facility Code: Your warehouse identifier in Acción's system (must match exactly)
- Customer ID: Your account identifier in Acción's system
- Environment: Production or test environment access
- Products with SKU codes configured in Fulfil
Step 1: Obtain Acción Credentials
Contact Acción support to obtain your API credentials and confirm your facility code and customer ID in their system.
Step 2: Connect to Acción in Fulfil
- Navigate to Integrations in Fulfil
- Click Add Integration and select Acción
- In the connection form, enter:
- Username: Your Acción API username
- Password: Your Acción API password
- Is this a test integration?: Check if using test environment
- Click Connect to establish the connection
Step 3: Configure Warehouse Mapping
After connecting, configure which Fulfil warehouse maps to Acción:
- In the configuration wizard, select your 3PL Warehouse from the dropdown
- This must be a warehouse in Fulfil with warehouse type set to 3pl and TPL set to accion
- Enter Facility Code exactly as provided by Acción support
- This must match Acción's system configuration exactly
- Enter Customer ID exactly as provided by Acción support
- Click Save to complete the setup
Step 4: Enable Automated Schedulers
Once your warehouse is connected, enable the automated schedulers to sync data with Acción:
- Navigate to your warehouse location page in Fulfil
- At the bottom of the page, click the + button to add a new schedule
- Choose the Action you want to enable:

- Select an Interval for how often the scheduler should run
- Click Save on the bottom-right corner
