Overview

Veho is a US regional last-mile parcel carrier offering next-day, same-day, and ground delivery across its service area. Fulfil integrates directly with Veho to rate shop across Veho's service classes, generate shipping labels, and capture the Veho tracking number on each shipment. Connecting takes a single API key from your Veho account.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Obtain Your Veho API Key

Contact Veho to obtain your API key if you don't already have one. You'll also need Designated Contact user permissions in Fulfil.

Step 2: Connect Veho in Fulfil

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click Setup New Integration
  2. Select Veho as the Type
  3. Enter your Veho API Key
  4. Click Connect

Fulfil validates the API key with Veho and activates the integration. A Veho carrier record is created automatically.

Step 3: Enable Veho

Enable Veho on the warehouses and channels where you want it available for rate shopping.

If your API key is rejected during setup, confirm it was copied in full with no extra spaces and that it's active on your Veho account.

How It Works

Rate Shopping

When you rate shop a shipment that includes Veho, Fulfil sends the origin, destination, and package details to Veho for each service class and lists a rate for every class Veho prices, alongside your other carriers' rates. Rates reflect your Veho account pricing.

Label Creation

Select a Veho service and create the shipping label. Fulfil sends the shipment, including each package's weight and dimensions, and Veho returns the label (PNG or ZPL) and a tracking number for each package. Fulfil stores the label and records the tracking number on the shipment.

Tracking

The Veho tracking number is captured at label creation. Delivery status updates are not imported into Fulfil, so use the tracking number on Veho's tracking page to follow a shipment after it leaves the warehouse.

How do I set up Veho shipping in Fulfil?

Yes, once a Veho label is generated, tracking numbers are automatically synced to your orders in Fulfil. For Shopify and Amazon orders, tracking information is pushed back to the sales channel, triggering automated customer notification emails.
Can I use my own Veho account and negotiated rates?
Yes, Fulfil integrates with your existing Veho account, so you continue to benefit from any negotiated rates or discounts you've secured. You simply provide your Veho API credentials during setup.
Can I pre-generate Veho labels to speed up fulfillment?
Yes, Fulfil can automatically generate Veho labels when orders start picking or get packed. This is done through automation rules that trigger label generation in the background, so labels are ready by the time the shipment reaches the packing station. How does rate shopping work with Veho?
Fulfil's rate shopping compares Veho rates against other carriers by considering shipping addresses, package weights and dimensions, special services, and base rates (including surcharges and discounts). This ensures an accurate, apples-to-apples comparison so you can select the most cost-effective shipping option.
Can I add shipping insurance to Veho shipments?
Yes, Fulfil can automatically set insurance amounts on Veho shipments using automation rules. You can configure insurance as a fixed amount, percentage of shipment value, or percentage of shipment cost. The insurance is applied before the label is generated.
Does Veho integration support batch label printing?
