Setup Instructions
Step 1: Obtain G-Global Credentials
Contact G-Global to obtain your integration credentials:
- Client ID (OAuth2 client credentials for API access)
- Client Secret (OAuth2 client secret for authentication)
- Environment confirmation (Production or staging)
Step 2: Create G-Global Warehouse in Fulfil
- Navigate to Inventory & Stock > Locations
- Click Setup New Location
- Select Warehouse and configure:
- Type: 3PL
- 3PL Source: G-Global
- Structure: As required for your operations
- Click Create
Step 3: Create G-Global Integration
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click Setup New Integration on the top right
- Select G-Global as the Type from the dropdown
- Enter a name for the integration and click Next
- Enter your credentials:
- Client ID: Your G-Global OAuth client ID
- Client Secret: Your G-Global OAuth client secret
- Is this a test integration?: Check if using staging environment
- Click Connect
- Select the Warehouse in Fulfil from the dropdown
- Click Save
Step 4: Enable 3PL Schedules
Configure automated synchronization between Fulfil and G-Global:
- Scroll to 3PL Schedules section in warehouse settings
- Click + to add schedules for each action:
For Fulfillment:
- Send customer shipments: Sends assigned shipments to G-Global (recommended: 15 minutes)
- Get customer shipment advices: Retrieves tracking numbers, lot numbers, SSCC codes, and marks shipments as done
- Send internal shipments (to shipping 3PL): Sends assigned outbound internal shipments
- Get internal shipment advices (from shipping 3PL): Marks shipments as shipped with tracking
For Receiving:
- Send supplier shipments: Exports draft supplier shipments to G-Global as shipping notices
- Get inventory receipts: Receives lot and expiry information, marks supplier shipments as received
- Send internal shipments (to receiving 3PL): Sends draft internal shipments for receiving as ASN
- Get internal shipment advices (from receiving 3PL): Marks internal shipments as done
For Inventory:
- Get inventory: Imports current inventory levels with lot-level detail
- Get inventory adjustments: Imports inventory adjustments (Cycle Count, Damaged)
- Select an interval for each schedule or enter custom timing
- Click Save

Track lot and batch numbers with expiration dates through the entire fulfillment process. G-Global returns lot numbers with shipping advices and inventory receipts, and inventory snapshots include lot-level quantities with expiry dates.
SSCC Code Support
G-Global returns SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code) at the box/package level with shipping advices. SSCC codes are recorded on shipment packages in Fulfil for EDI compliance and warehouse tracking.
Multi-Channel Order Fulfillment
Route customer orders from Shopify, Amazon, and other channels to G-Global with automatic tracking number synchronization back to the original sales channel. Support for D2C, wholesale, and EDI shipments.
ASN Support
Create Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) for inbound shipments. Once the internal shipment is shipped in Fulfil, the ASN is automatically created in G-Global for receiving with lot and expiry information.
Real-Time Inventory Sync
Inventory levels automatically update as G-Global receives shipments, fulfills orders, or adjusts stock. Maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels with lot-level detail and expiry dates.
Inventory Adjustments
G-Global supports inventory adjustments for Cycle Count and Damaged reasons. Adjustments include SKU, quantity delta (positive or negative), lot information, and are fetched periodically based on a date filter.
Partial Shipments and Receipts
Handle partial shipments and receipts seamlessly. Remaining items are deferred to new shipments, and inventory is updated as items arrive with full lot tracking.
Warehouse Transfers
Send inventory between your warehouses and G-Global facilities with automated tracking and receiving confirmations for both inbound and outbound transfers.
Order Cancellation
Cancel orders that haven't been picked or shipped yet directly through the integration. A cancellation reason (minimum 10 characters) is required, and cancellation requests are sent automatically when you cancel a shipment in Fulfil.
Returns Processing
Handle customer returns through G-Global with automatic return receiving tickets and status updates.
